  1. Tennis elbow is a bitch. Have had it for almost 6 months now. Stopped lifting weights the past 3 months as well as using the flexbar every day. The flexbar seems to help a little bit, but it isn’t really healing much. Might just have to go under the knife if it doesn’t get better in a month or so.

  3. Yep, the cross friction massage really works, and quickly. I did it very aggressively after dealing with tennis elbow for a year and it was 90% better in a day. Used coconut oil when massaging.

  4. Wow I had tennis elbow on my right arm end up having surgery after three cortisone shots doctor said he had attached my muscle back to my bone and yes it really hurts bad😭

I've always stayed away from NSAIDs like Ibuprofen because my thinking is that if the drug stops it from hurting, it is essentially masking the "pain" message from being comprehended by my brain. Thus, if I am feeling no pain, then I would be more likely to irritate the issue further, because it would seem fine (but in reality, it's not fine, but I just don't know it if under the influence of an anti-inflammatory drug). I would be more motivated to use therapy solutions if not taking an NSAID because I would be painfully aware of the problem. I currently am recovering from a mild case of medial epicondylitis (the opposite side of the lateral epicondyle), and I am not using NSAIDs at all, which works well for me.   10. I believe my tennis elbows started with my work station and too much typing. A year later they are still sore and I still need to type. Can you make any recommendations?
